Job Description

Reporting to the Chief Risk Officer you focus in particular on investment restriction control, performance reporting, and analysis. The main objective of the function is to monitor the investment restrictions, to calculate performance figures for all funds and mandates, to produce attribution reports and provide support for RFPs. This function is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of data in the various systems and databases used by Mirabaud Asset Management.

Your key responsibilities :

  • Support the senior risk and performance manager for the performance reporting and analysis.
  • Calculate daily / weekly / monthly performance figures for all funds and mandates, produce attribution reports.
  • Help producing attribution reports.
  • Help collecting relevant information for RFP and marketing requests related to performance and risk topics.
  • Help maintaining GIPS compliance across all composite, conduct annual review with auditor.
  • Monitor investment restrictions in Bloomberg CMGR/VMGR.
  • Review existing risk profiles to monitor adequacy with latest prospectus, IMA and internal limits and verify completeness and effectiveness of existing rules in Bloomberg CMGR/VMGR.
  • Draft new risk profiles based on new prospectus, IMA and internal limits.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in Finance.
  • Strong mathematical skills.
  • Proficient user of Excel and Python, Power BI is a plus.
  • Fluent in English and French.
  • Available for a duration of 6 months; start date ASAP.
