The Clinical Manager is an office-based leadership role within BAYADA’s Integrity Lebanon MO State Programs that provides clinical oversight, caregiver supervision, skills development, and client-focused coordination to keep clients safely at home. This full-time, onsite position in Missouri requires an RN license in MO and offers a $1500 sign-on bonus. You’ll coach caregivers, connect training opportunities, maintain proactive client relationships, match clients and caregivers for compatibility, and handle concerns with sound clinical judgment while escalating when needed. Missouri responsibilities include supervising caregivers and supporting APC training, with emphasis on compliance and documentation.
