Green By Nature is seeking a Roadside Mowing & Brushcutting Team Member to join the Ipswich team, full time onsite in Goodna. You will operate mowing equipment and perform maintenance, ensuring roadsides across Brisbane meet high standards while handling service requests and following safety protocols. This outdoor role suits someone who takes pride in detail, enjoys teamwork, and can adapt to changing weather. About the Role

As a Team Member, you will be responsible for working alongside a team to maintain and enhance roadsides across Brisbane

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, has a keen eye for detail, and takes pride in their work.

• Operate various mowing equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain and perform regular inspections on equipment
• Ensure lawns and green spaces are maintained to a high standard
• Complete service requests as required
• Adhere to safety protocols and procedures

What are we looking for?

• Previous experience in roadside zero turn mowing and brush cutting
• Valid Manual Drivers Licence
• White Card
• Traffic Management experience highly regarded
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team and/or individually
• Be punctual and reliable
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions ranging from hot summer days to cooler winter months
• Strong work ethic and commitment to completing tasks efficiently and to the highest standards
