Prepare and inspect robots for each shift
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical and electrical issues
Collaborate with engineers to test new functionalities
Deploy and support robot fleets across active markets
Conduct routine inspections and log performance data
Assemble, maintain, and repair robot hardware
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and software issues
Track recurring issues and contribute to hardware improvements
Ensure robots meet safety and operational standards before deployment
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize performance
Hands-on experience in robotics, electronics, bike shops, or similar environments
2+ years of technical experience in diagnostics, repair, or maintenance
Familiarity with mechanical and electrical systems
Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical documentation
Ability to lift 20kgs
Relevant technical qualification, apprenticeship, HNC/HND, or equivalent experience
Experience with semi-autonomous robotic systems
Skilled in diagnostic tools and performance tracking
Comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets for reporting
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
