ibis Budget Auckland Central, located just off Queen Street in the heart of Auckland's CBD, is a compact yet vibrant hotel, positioned close to Auckland's main hub for business, shopping, and dining. The hotel's prime location makes it popular with both short-term corporate travellers and leisure guests, along with residents opting for extended stays. With 144 comfortable rooms, stretched across 18 floors, featuring balconies and kitchenette facilities we are currently recruiting for a passionate and motivated individual to join our Housekeeping Team.

Job Description

The Ibis Budget Housekeeping Team Members are at the heart of creating exceptional guest experiences by ensuring our rooms and public areas are presented to the highest standards. Through your attention to detail, commitment to cleanliness, and pride in your work, you help create a welcoming and comfortable environment for every guest.

What you will be doing:

• Cleaning rooms, public and storage areas, back of house and corridors to highest standard
• Responding to guest requests efficiently and politely
• Assisting with regular equipment stocktaking
• Attention to detail, ensuring our guests arrive into a high-level of room cleanliness

Qualifications

Whilst talent and attitude are our primary requirements, you also have:

• Flexibility to work a variety of hours which includes weekends across a 7 day/week roster
• Ability to manage multiple tasks at any given time
• You must be physically fit and energetic
• Possess immaculate grooming.
• Eligibility to work in New Zealand
