Job Summary

As a Rope Access Supervisor, you will:

  • Lead and supervise rope access teams on-site

  • Plan and execute complex high-level works

  • Act as the principal safety supervisor and lead technician

  • Manage advanced rigging operations

  • Ensure 100% compliance with international safety standards

Key Responsibilities

Operational Excellence

  • Supervise rope access operations, including high-rise exterior cleaning

  • Ensure work is executed without disrupting guest privacy or hotel aesthetics

  • Perform and oversee advanced rigging operations

  • Conduct inspections and repairs of architectural elements, signage, roofs, and exterior lighting

  • Operate scaffolding and alternative machinery (e.g., boom lifts)

Equipment Management

  • Monitor all rope access equipment and gear

  • Conduct detailed inspections and ensure compliance logs are maintained

  • Evaluate equipment for safe usage and retirement

Coordination & Planning

  • Schedule high-impact tasks during off-peak hours or low occupancy periods

  • Align operations with hotel standards and guest experience expectations

Safety & Compliance

  • Enforce strict adherence to international safety regulations

  • Lead safety briefings and ensure all team members follow protocols

Requirements

Qualifications

  • IRATA Level 2 or 3 Certification (Level 3 preferred)

  • Minimum 2,000 logged rope access hours

  • Valid First Aid Certificate

  • Working at Heights Certificate

  • Certified in scaffolding or equipment such as boom lifts

Experience

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role within a comparable environment

Education

  • High School Diploma or GED (preferred)

Skills

  • Strong understanding of safety regulations and best practices

  • Basic to advanced computer skills

  • Good English communication (written & verbal)
