Jetstar is seeking a Route Profitability Manager to drive financial performance, partnering with Commercial and Network teams to shape where we fly, price and optimise the network to deliver EBIT. This role blends finance rigour with strategic thinking, delivering governance and forward looking analysis that informs capacity, scheduling and network strategy. You will translate data into clear insights and influence stakeholders to drive profitable decisions. Key requirements include CA/CPA preferred, FP&A or finance transformation experience, advanced Excel with TM1 or Power BI, and a track record turning data into impact. As the Route Profitability Manager, you will play a critical role in driving Jetstar’s financial performance across the network. Sitting at the intersection of Finance, Network Planning and Commercial, this role is responsible for leading the delivery and continuous improvement of the Route Profitability capability, ensuring robust governance while generating actionable insights that directly influence strategic decision-making and financial outcomes.
Partnering closely with senior stakeholders across Commercial and Network teams, you will translate complex financial data into clear, commercially focused insights. With a strong emphasis on influencing outcomes, you will contribute to capacity, scheduling and network decisions that optimise profitability and support EBIT delivery.
Operating in a fast paced, data rich aviation environment, this role balances financial rigour with strategic thinking and hands on delivery. You will lead structured processes, ensure data integrity, and provide forward looking analysis that supports planning, forecasting and long-term network strategy.
