Australian Trade Training College is seeking a full-time RTO Course Advisor to be the first contact in Brisbane, guiding learners through course options and converting enquiries into enrolments across channels. You will lead conversations about career goals, manage enrolment and onboarding, and maintain CRM records while collaborating with Heads of Department and the Business Development team. The ideal candidate builds rapport quickly, has customer service or sales experience, a consultative mindset, and strong attention to detail with targets. RTO or education background helps but isn’t essential. Apply by tailoring your resume to show multi-channel engagement, note Meadowbrook or Brendale availability, and confirm Australian work eligibility plus Blue Card and police check.
