This fixed term role up to 3 years offers 16 hours per fortnight as an assistant to Nurses, delivering delegated aspects of patient care under the supervising RN and your current educational preparation. The Registered Undergraduate Student of Nursing (RUSON) nursing framework allows Nursing Students to work one shift per week, as an assistant to Nurses, providing delegated aspects of client care in accordance with the professional judgement of the supervising Registered Nurse and in accordance with the level of achieved educational preparation and assessed competence of the individual RUSON. The employment is on a temporary basis while students are completing their studies.
