RWA Product Manager
BybitCrafting stock products for a global audience
Bybit, established in 2018, stands as one of the world’s leading cryptocurrency exchanges and digital finance platforms. It serves more than 80 million users across over 200 countries and regions, backed by a technology-driven, user-first approach. The team blends a global footprint with a high-performance, fast-moving culture that supports 24/7 multilingual customer service and a strong commitment to innovation.
The company is looking for a RWA Product Manager to own the planning and delivery of Direct Stocks and Tokenized Stocks. This role covers core modules such as accounts, assets, trading, market data, fund settlement, and corporate actions. It’s a full-time, onsite position based in Abu Dhabi, AE, and would suit someone who thrives on shaping complex financial products, coordinating with international brokers and tokenized stock issuers, and driving cross-functional collaboration to bring new capabilities to market.
If you enjoy building robust stock-related offerings, coordinating across brokers, custodians, and testing teams, and turning regulatory and technical challenges into well-thought-out solutions, this role could be a strong fit. You’ll work in a global team focused on expanding market access, investor suitability, and risk controls across different regions, with a clear eye on the details that keep trading and settlements secure and compliant.
Direct Stocks and tokenized markets, day by day
You’ll guide the product planning and delivery for Direct Stocks and Tokenized Stocks, shaping how accounts, assets, trading, market data, settlement, and corporate actions come together in a seamless experience. A big part of the job is interfacing with overseas brokers, clearing houses, custodians, and tokenized stock issuers, driving API integration, business-process design, joint testing, and successful launches. At the same time, you’ll design US equity trading capabilities that cover order types, trading sessions, buying power management, settlement workflows, market data display, and protective mechanisms to guard against abnormal data or price moves.
In parallel, you’ll ensure Direct Stocks connects cleanly with the platform’s existing account system, fund accounts, and trading infrastructure. That means drawing up fund flows for deposits, FX conversion, transfers, settlement, reconciliation, and withdrawal controls. You’ll also shape the mStocks mechanism, including how token issuance works, how subscriptions and redemptions are handled, how minting and burning occur, where custody sits, how price pegging is maintained, and how on-chain trading workflows operate. Collaboration with compliance, legal, finance, risk control, engineering, and operations teams is constant, aimed at enabling market access, managing investor suitability, and building risk controls across countries and regions. Finally, you’ll keep a pulse on the market with ongoing competitive analyses and proposals for product iterations to stay ahead.
What you must bring to the desk
- At least three years focused on trading products, with hands-on background in US equities, securities trading, brokerage, tokenized stocks, or RWA-focused offerings.
- Clear familiarity with the Direct Stocks business model and how brokers, introducing brokers, clearing brokers, custodians, and market makers interact.
- Solid grasp of core securities trading processes, including managing orders, fills, positions, buying power, and the T+1 settlement cycle, as well as handling unsettled cash, omnibus and sub-accounts, prefunding, net settlement, and reconciliation, plus knowledge of corporate actions and dividend tax.
- Understanding of US equity trading sessions, the main order types, time-in-force rules, circuit breakers, NBBO, SIP market data, and price-protection concepts.
- Insight into the architecture of Tokenized Stocks / mStocks, including on-chain issuance, reserve assets, subscription/redemption flows, liquidity management, and price pegging strategies.
- Strong ability to design product architecture and processes in a systematic way, including state machines, exception handling, and reconciliation approaches.
- Excellent English communication skills capable of working directly with overseas brokers, vendors, and partner institutions to gather requirements and resolve issues.
- Attention to detail around trading mechanics and fund security, paired with proven cross-functional coordination and complex project-management capabilities.
Bonus capabilities that help you stand out
- Experience applying risk-control and investor-suitability concepts across different regulatory environments and regions.
- Hands-on exposure to the ecosystem of tokenized assets, including how token issuance and on-chain workflows interact with traditional trading infrastructure.

Advice for applicants
Lead your resume with the direct-stocks and tokenized-stocks experience that aligns with this role, especially any work tied to US equities, tokenized assets, or RWA products. Make the linkage clear between what you’ve built and how it maps to Bybit’s Direct Stocks, mStocks, and cross-border collaboration needs.
When you describe your must-have capabilities, give concrete examples that show how you designed or improved a product, built or refined a state machine, handled reconciliation, or rolled out an investor-suitability framework across multiple regions. If you can quantify impact or describe a successful launch, add that too.
For interviews, be ready to walk through a real or hypothetical project that involved integrating an overseas broker or a tokenized-stock issuer. Explain the challenges you faced, how you collaborated with compliance and risk teams, and how you validated the design with testing and joint release plans.
End with a thoughtful question about the roadmap: ask how the team plans to scale Direct Stocks and mStocks across additional countries, what trade-offs they consider between market access and risk controls, or how they prioritise competing demands from brokers, custodians, and issuers in a fast-moving environment.
