Job Description

  • Conduct routine health and safety inspections across the property.
  • Monitor compliance with safety policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
  • Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Facilitate safety inductions and awareness training for employees.
  • Support emergency response planning, drills, and evacuation procedures.
  • Maintain safety records, reports, and regulatory documentation.
  • Conduct risk assessments and ensure hazards are identified and mitigated.
  • Coordinate with department heads to promote a proactive safety culture.
  • Monitor contractor safety compliance while working on site.
  • Assist in achieving company health, safety, and environmental objectives.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within hospitality.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE health and safety regulations.
  • Good communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
