Heubel Shaw is hiring a Customer Safety Trainer in Kansas City, MO to develop and deliver on-site forklift and aerial equipment safety training, conduct OSHA mandated Certified Operator Training, and coordinate Raymond certification for customers and employees. You will attend the Train the Trainer program at Raymond, prepare training materials, present in person or via webinars, mentor guest trainers, and work with Sales to promote safety training while keeping documentation current. The ideal candidate has strong technical aptitude, at least two years of formal safety training experience, and solid time management and communication skills; a two-year degree or technical certifications are preferred. Position Summary:
Prepare and conduct on-site training classes regarding safety of operating forklift/aerial equipment in accordance to corporate practices and procedures, regulatory requirements, and Raymond specific requirements. Perform OSHA required Certified Operator Training for Customers and Employees.
