You are responsible for fostering business growth by establishing new relationships, identifying pain points, and providing agronomic-driven advice and insights throughout the season. Your expertise will be pivotal in expanding Bayer's market share and ensuring the seamless execution of agronomic strategies from planning to harvest.

Employees can expect to be paid a salary between $90,640.00 - $135,960.00. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant).
