You will co-create a portfolio business plan with Field Sales Reps, build deep grower relationships, drive grower demand generation, run trials, and guide whole-farm decisions while managing an annual SG&A budget and traveling roughly 60 percent. The ideal candidate offers agile communication, strategic thinking, data-driven decision making, digital fluency, and strong consultative sales skills to influence farmer behavior; ability to learn agronomy quickly. The Sales Agronomist (SA) plays a crucial role as a local expert on Bayer Crop Science products, technology, and innovations, advising key growers to drive in-season success. You are responsible for fostering business growth by establishing new relationships, identifying pain points, and providing agronomic-driven advice and insights throughout the season. Your expertise will be pivotal in expanding Bayer's market share and ensuring the seamless execution of agronomic strategies from planning to harvest.
