The role requires strong product knowledge, excellent customer service, teamwork, and the ability to analyze reports with leadership to hit targets. You will manage floor coverage, support merchandising, educate guests about our community and culture, and build client relationships. Sales Associate Schedule
Full-Time associates are expected to work 32-40 hours per week with 100% of their work week on the sales floor. They must be willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet the needs of the business, which are subject to change.
