ALDO Group is hiring a part-time Sales Associate in Winnipeg, onsite, to drive sales, deliver a great in-store experience, and support daily store operations under the Store Manager. The Role
Reporting to the Store Manager, the Part-Time Sales Associate at ALDO is all about driving sales while creating a great in-store experience. You bring the energy, the style, and the attitude that keeps customers coming back.
What You'll Be Doing
- Hit your sales goals and help the team achieve overall targets
- Keep the store looking on point with strong visual merchandising and displays
- Follow all policies and procedures (especially around payments, discounts, returns, and loss prevention)
- Support daily operations like restocking and backstore tasks
- Help create a positive, inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome
