Spencer Gifts, Spirit Halloween is seeking a full‑time Sales Associate for onsite work in Edmonton. The role pays $15.00 to $15.25 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience, with benefits including a merchandise discount and an Employee Assistance Program, subject to eligibility. You’ll support the Store Management Team by driving sales, guest services, merchandising, signing and pricing, POS operations and loss prevention in line with company policies. Must be at least 17, and able to climb ladders, lift up to 50 pounds, and stand or walk up to eight hours. The Sales Associate will support the Store Management Team by generating sales, conducting housekeeping, merchandising, signing, pricing, POS operations and loss prevention in adherence to all Company policies and procedures. The minimum age requirement for this position is 17. The physical demands of the job require climbing ladders, lifting up to 50 pounds and may require 8 hours of standing/walking.
