Spencer Gifts - Spirit Halloween is hiring a full-time Sales Associate in Lethbridge, onsite. Pay ranges from $15.00 to $15.25 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience, with benefits including contest prize awards, an Employee Assistance Program and a 30 percent merchandise discount; all bonuses and benefits are subject to qualifications. The Sales Associate will maintain Guest Services per company standards and support the Store Management Team by driving sales, performing housekeeping, merchandising, signing, pricing, POS operations and loss prevention in adherence to policies. Minimum age is 17; physical demands include ladder climbing, lifting up to 50 pounds and standing or walking about 8 hours.
