Spencer Gifts Spirit Halloween is seeking a full-time Sales Associate in Guelph to drive guest service and sales while handling housekeeping, merchandising, signing, pricing, POS operations and loss prevention in line with company policies. The role requires a customer focused approach, reliability, teamwork, and the stamina to stand for long shifts, with climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 pounds as needed; minimum age is 17. The hourly rate is $17.60 to $17.85, plus benefits including a 30 percent merchandise discount, Employee Assistance Program and contest prize awards, all subject to eligibility. The minimum age requirement for this position is 17. The physical demands of the job require climbing ladders, lifting up to 50 pounds and may require 8 hours of standing/walking.
