Spencer Gifts and Spirit Halloween is hiring a full time Sales Associate in Windsor to support guest services, drive sales, and handle merchandising, signing, pricing, POS operations and loss prevention in line with company policies. The role requires 17 or older, the ability to climb ladders, lift up to 50 pounds, and stand for long periods. Pay ranges from 17.60 to 17.85 per hour and benefits include a 30% merchandise discount, an Employee Assistance Program and contest prize awards subject to eligibility. Hourly rate ranges from $17.60 - $17.85 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.

The Sales Associate will support the Store Management Team by generating sales, conducting housekeeping, merchandising, signing, pricing, POS operations and loss prevention in adherence to all Company policies and procedures. The minimum age requirement for this position is 17. The physical demands of the job require climbing ladders, lifting up to 50 pounds and may require 8 hours of standing/walking.
