Spirit Halloween is hiring a full-time onsite Sales Associate in Mississauga to support seasonal store setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown, and to uphold guest services. You’ll help drive sales, manage sign waving, pricing, POS operations and loss prevention while maintaining overall store housekeeping and presentation. The role requires climbing ladders, lifting up to 50 pounds, eight hours of standing or walking, and a minimum age of 16. Hourly pay ranges from $17.60 to $17.85 plus eligible premium pay programs.
