Spirit Halloween is seeking a full-time Sales Associate to support the seasonal Spirit store in Burlington. The role involves setting up and tearing down the store, merchandising, signing and pricing, POS operations, and maintaining guest services to Spirit standards, while helping drive sales through sign waving and general upkeep. The job requires climbing ladders, lifting up to 50 pounds, and standing or walking up to eight hours. Pay ranges from $17.60 to $17.85 per hour, with eligibility for Set-Up and Tear Down Premium Pay, End of Season Premium Pay, and other bonus programs subject to qualifications. Minimum age is 16. Hourly rate ranges from $17.60 - $17.85 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.

The Sales Associate will support the Store Management Team by generating sales, sign waving, general housekeeping, merchandising, signing, pricing, POS operations and loss prevention. The minimum age requirement for this position is 16. The physical demands of the job require climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, lifting/moving up to 50 pounds and may require 8 hours of standing/walking.
