Spencer Gifts Spirit Halloween is hiring a Sales Associate to support the Store Management Team with setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a seasonal store in Hamilton. This full-time role pays about $17.60 to $17.85 an hour, with premium pay programs tied to the setup, teardown and season end. You’ll help maintain guest services, drive sales, merchandising, signage, pricing, POS operations and loss prevention, and assist with sign waving and housekeeping. Minimum age is 16; physical demands include climbing ladders, lifting up to 50 pounds and eight hours of standing or walking. Hourly rate ranges from $17.60 - $17.85 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.
