Spencer Gifts Spirit Halloween is hiring a full time onsite Sales Associate in Hamilton to support seasonal store setup, merchandising, pack up and teardown, and to uphold guest services standards. The role focuses on driving sales through sign waving, signing, pricing, POS operations, merchandising, housekeeping and loss prevention, with peak season demands. Pay ranges from $17.60 to $17.85 per hour, plus set up and tear down premium pay and end of season premiums, subject to qualifications. Minimum age is 16; physical tasks include climbing ladders, lifting up to 50 pounds and eight hours of standing or walking. The physical demands of the job require climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, lifting/moving up to 50 pounds and may require 8 hours of standing/walking.
