Spirit Halloween in Burlington is hiring a full-time Sales Associate to support the Store Management Team with seasonal setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown, while upholding guest services to company standards. You’ll drive sales through signing, pricing, POS operations, merchandising, housekeeping, and loss prevention. The role requires ladders, lifting up to 50 pounds, and standing or walking up to eight hours. Minimum age is 16. Pay ranges from $17.60 to $17.85 per hour, with set up and end of season premium pay programs and other bonuses subject to qualifications. The physical demands of the job require climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, lifting/moving up to 50 pounds and may require 8 hours of standing/walking.
