Seeking a dependable full-time Sales Associate to assist with setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a seasonal Spirit Halloween Consignment Store in Lloydminster, focusing on guest services, sign waving, pricing, POS operation and loss prevention while meeting company standards. You will support the Store Management Team and help drive sales, handle general housekeeping and signing. Must be 16 or older, able to climb ladders, lift up to 50 pounds and stand for up to eight hours. Note this is a Spirit Halloween consignment opportunity; the independent operator is your employer and sets wages and benefits and policies. The Sales Associate will support the Store Management Team in the setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a seasonal store. The Sales Associate is responsible for maintaining Guest Services as per Company Standards. The Sales Associate will support the Store Management Team by generating sales, sign waving, general housekeeping, merchandising, signing, pricing, POS operations and loss prevention. The minimum age requirement for this position is 16. The physical demands of the job require climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, lifting/moving up to 50 pounds and may require 8 hours of standing/walking.

The store you have selected is a Spirit Halloween Consignment Store. While you will be working with Spirit Halloween merchandise Spirit Halloween will not be your employer. Your employer will be the independent owner and operator, who shall have sole responsibility for your employment. Spirit Halloween shall have no obligation or responsibility to you with regard to your employment by the consignment operator. If hired, the consignment operator shall be solely responsible to you for your employment benefits and wages.
