Spirit Halloween is hiring a full-time Sales Associate in Toronto to assist the Store Management Team with setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a seasonal store, while delivering guest services to company standards. The role covers sales generation, sign waving, merchandising, signing, pricing, POS operation and loss prevention. Minimum age is 16; the job requires climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, lifting up to 50 pounds and about eight hours of standing or walking. Hourly pay ranges from $17.60 to $17.85 plus benefits such as Set-Up and Tear Down Premium Pay Programs and End of Season Premium Pay Program, subject to qualifications.
