Spencer Gifts Spirit Halloween is seeking a full-time onsite Sales Associate in Oakville to support the Store Management Team with the setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a seasonal store. The role focuses on maintaining Guest Services per Company Standards while driving sales through merchandising, signing, pricing, POS operations and loss prevention. The pay range is $17.60 to $17.85 per hour, with Set-Up and Tear Down Premium Pay and End of Season Premium Pay programs, subject to qualifications. Minimum age is 16, and physical demands include climbing ladders, lifting up to 50 pounds, and 8 hours of standing or walking.
