Spirit Halloween is looking for a full-time Sales Associate in St. Catharines to back up the Store Management Team with seasonal store setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown while delivering guest services to company standards. The role drives sales, sign waving, housekeeping, merchandising, signing, pricing, POS operations and loss prevention, and requires climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, lifting up to 50 pounds and eight hours of standing or walking. Hourly pay ranges from $17.60 to $17.85 with Set-Up and Tear Down Premium Pay Programs and End of Season Premium Pay Program, subject to qualifications; minimum age is 16.
