This full-time on-site Sales Associate role with Spirit Halloween in Peterborough offers an hourly rate of 17.60 to 17.85, plus Set-Up and Tear Down Premium Pay and End of Season Premium Pay programs, all subject to qualifying criteria. You will support the Store Management Team in setting up, merchandising, packing up and tearing down a seasonal store, maintain guest services, drive sales, manage signage, pricing, POS operations and loss prevention. The job requires minimum age 16, and physical stamina to climb ladders, lift up to 50 pounds and stand or walk for long periods. Hourly rate ranges from $17.60 - $17.85 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.

The physical demands of the job require climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, lifting/moving up to 50 pounds and may require 8 hours of standing/walking.
