Spencer Gifts Spirit Halloween is hiring a full-time on-site Sales Associate in Marlborough, MA to support the Store Management Team with seasonal setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown while delivering Guest Services. You’ll help drive sales through sign waving, merchandising, signing, pricing and POS operations, with loss prevention support as needed. Pay ranges from $15.00 to $15.25 per hour plus Massachusetts Paid Sick Time and seasonal premium pay programs; bonuses vary by program and qualifications. Minimum age is 16; physical duties include climbing ladders, lifting up to 50 pounds and eight hours of standing. The Sales Associate will support the Store Management Team by generating sales, sign waving, general housekeeping, merchandising, signing, pricing, POS operations and loss prevention. The minimum age requirement for this position is 16. The physical demands of the job require climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, lifting/moving up to 50 pounds and may require 8 hours of standing/walking.
