Join Spirit Halloween as a full-time on-site Sales Associate in Burlington, supporting the Store Management Team with seasonal store setup, merchandising, packing up and teardown, while delivering guest services to brand standards. You’ll help drive sales through sign waving, pricing, POS operations and loss prevention, plus general housekeeping and signing. This role requires 16 or older, the ability to climb ladders, lift up to 50 pounds, and stand or walk up to eight hours. Hourly pay ranges from 17.60 to 17.85 with additional premium pay programs subject to qualification. The Sales Associate will support the Store Management Team by generating sales, sign waving, general housekeeping, merchandising, signing, pricing, POS operations and loss prevention. The minimum age requirement for this position is 16. The physical demands of the job require climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, lifting/moving up to 50 pounds and may require 8 hours of standing/walking.
