Spencer Gifts Spirit Halloween seeks a full-time Sales Associate onsite in Peterborough, ENG to support seasonal setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown and to uphold Guest Services to company standards. You’ll help drive sales through sign waving, signing, pricing, POS operations and loss prevention, plus general housekeeping. The minimum age is 16; you must be able to climb ladders, lift up to 50 pounds and stand or walk up to eight hours. Hourly pay ranges from 17.60 to 17.85 with Set-Up and Tear Down Premium Pay, End of Season Premium Pay, and bonus programs subject to qualifications. The Sales Associate will support the Store Management Team by generating sales, sign waving, general housekeeping, merchandising, signing, pricing, POS operations and loss prevention. The minimum age requirement for this position is 16. The physical demands of the job require climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, lifting/moving up to 50 pounds and may require 8 hours of standing/walking.
