Spencer Gifts Spirit Halloween is hiring a full-time onsite Sales Associate in Ontario, CA to support the Store Management Team with seasonal store setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown, while upholding guest service standards. You will help drive sales through sign waving, pricing, merchandising, signing, POS operations and loss prevention, and you’ll keep the store clean and welcoming. The role pays 16.90 to 17.15 per hour with benefits including California Paid Sick Time and end of season and premium pay programs (subject to qualifications). Requirements include lifting up to 50 pounds, climbing ladders, and standing for long shifts, and applicants must be 16 or older. Hourly rate ranges from $16.90 - $17.15 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.

The Sales Associate will support the Store Management Team in the setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a seasonal store. The Sales Associate is responsible for maintaining Guest Services as per Company Standards. The Sales Associate will support the Store Management Team by generating sales, sign waving, general housekeeping, merchandising, signing, pricing, POS operations and loss prevention. The minimum age requirement for this position is 16. The physical demands of the job require climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, lifting/moving up to 50 pounds and may require 8 hours of standing/walking.
