Al Shirawi Group is hiring a Sales Co-Ordinator to work full-time onsite in Dubai. The ideal candidate will handle daily Oracle-based tasks such as creating sales orders, issuing invoices, preparing estimates and proforma invoices, and following up on deliveries and payments, while maintaining weekly reports and communication with customers and teammates. The role also covers sales and marketing coordination, delivery and inventory management, order invoicing, balance material sales, quotation assistance, project submittals, catalog maintenance, pricing and technical calculations, and sample kit management. Sales coordinator should be able to perform the below mentioned task on a daily basis:
1. Preparation of sales order in Oracle
2. Preparing invoice in oracle
3. Estimation preparation
4. Should be able to prepare the proforma invoice
5. Follow up for the delivery and payment with the customer
6. Updating weekly reports
7. Power factor letter preparation
8. Should be able to communicate properly with the customer and colleagues

•  Assisting / Typing of Quotations for the Marketing and Sales Team

•  Technical calculation
•  Technical submittal
