Train sales teams on the end-to-end sales process , including:
Lead prequalification
Discovery and needs analysis
Objection handling
Negotiation and closing
Observe live calls, meetings, and deal handling to identify gaps
Provide practical coaching , scripts, frameworks, and live feedback
Work directly with closers to improve:
Conversion rates
Deal confidence
Deal velocity
Support management in tightening sales discipline and standards
Help build a consistent, repeatable sales methodology based on real-world execution
Proven background in direct sales, business development, or investment sales
Hands-on closing experience (mandatory)
Experience coaching or leading sales teams in a performance environment
Strong understanding of:
Qualification frameworks
Negotiation dynamics
Deal psychology
Comfortable challenging salespeople and holding them accountable
Clear, direct communicator who can coach without theory or fluff
