You will observe calls, identify gaps, and help closers improve conversion, deal velocity, and confidence while tightening discipline and standards. Ideal candidates have direct sales or investment sales background, are comfortable holding people accountable, and communicate plainly. Persian Horizon is looking for a Sales Coach to train and elevate our sales team across the full sales cycle —from lead prequalification to confident deal closure.

This role is for someone who has personally closed deals , understands real sales pressure, and can translate experience into practical, repeatable sales execution.

This is not a theory-based training role . If you haven’t sold, negotiated, and closed yourself, this role is not a fit. 

What You Will Do

  • Train sales teams on the end-to-end sales process , including:

    • Lead prequalification

    • Discovery and needs analysis

    • Objection handling

    • Negotiation and closing

  • Observe live calls, meetings, and deal handling to identify gaps

  • Provide practical coaching , scripts, frameworks, and live feedback

  • Work directly with closers to improve:

    • Conversion rates

    • Deal confidence

    • Deal velocity

  • Support management in tightening sales discipline and standards

  • Help build a consistent, repeatable sales methodology based on real-world execution

Requirements

Who This Role Is For

  • Proven background in direct sales, business development, or investment sales

  • Hands-on closing experience (mandatory)

  • Experience coaching or leading sales teams in a performance environment

  • Strong understanding of:

    • Qualification frameworks

    • Negotiation dynamics

    • Deal psychology

  • Comfortable challenging salespeople and holding them accountable

  • Clear, direct communicator who can coach without theory or fluff

  • Not a motivational speaking role

  • Not a classroom-only trainer

  • Not suitable for candidates without closing experience
