Overview

Gemmyo is an independent jewelry house that is developing a new vision of luxury, rooted in the present day.

Its creations are designed and manufactured in France to order and available in a wide selection of precious stones and metals. The brand stands out for its personalized customer experience, largely digital model, 100% integrated distribution, and consistently fair prices.

Fifty percent of sales are made on the Gemmyo website and 50% through the brand's nine boutiques, located in Paris (two boutiques), Lyon, Aix-en-Provence, Bordeaux, Toulouse, Geneva, Brussels, and Tokyo. The company has also been present via a pop-up boutique in Zurich since July 2024.

With around 100 employees, the company is now a standard-bearer for quality and attentive customer care.

Tasks

You will be hosting the pop-up appointments at a luxury hotel in Zurich, collaborating directly with the Zurich manager at every step.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Welcoming and assisting our customers with attention and kindness, contributing to the store's objectives
  • Providing high-quality customer service and helping to build customer loyalty, while ensuring the store is well maintained and organized
  • Be proactive in improving our tools, refining customer knowledge, and continuously enriching the in-store experience

Requirements
