Purpose of this role:

This role aims to identify potential customers, understand their training Cyber Security training needs and effectively communicate how the BOA’s programs can help them achieve their goals.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Cyber Security Sales Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our expansion, responsible for driving the sales of our internationally recognized Cyber Security certification programs across the UAE and GCC region. The ideal candidate is a passionate sales professional with a proven track record in B2B or high-value B2C sales, who can articulate the value of education and career advancement in the critical field of cyber security.



Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

 

        Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and target potential corporate clients and individual professionals who can benefit from our cyber security certifications.

        Needs Analysis: Conduct in-depth consultations to understand the training needs, career goals, and security challenges of potential customers.

        Solution Selling: Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and unique value proposition of BOA’s cyber security programs, tailoring the message to address specific client needs.

        Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact and presentation to negotiation, closing, and post-sale follow-up.

        Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, corporate HR, and L&D departments to ensure repeat business and referrals.

        Market Intelligence: Stay updated on the latest trends in cyber security, the competitive landscape, and the corporate training needs within the UAE/GCC region.

        Achieving Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs, revenue goals, receivables and performance metrics set by the Team Leader. Provide post-sales support and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

        Handle class coordination, student queries.


      Qualifications:

 

        A bachelor's degree in a related field such as Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred.

        A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a sales role, preferably in selling IT services, software solutions, training programs, certification courses, or other high-value B2B services. Proven experience in Cyber Security sales, ideally from the training and education industry would be preferred.

        A strong understanding of, or a keen interest in, the cyber security domain. Prior experience selling IT/cyber security solutions is a significant advantage.

        Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

        A self-starter with a hunter mentality, capable of working independently and as part of a team.

        Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office suite.

            Effective negotiation and presentation abilities.

                        Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.

        Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software.

        Willingness to travel as necessary for client meetings and events.

        A deep understanding of the training academy's programs and their alignment with Student needs.

        knowledge of training and development programs and their impact on individuals and organizations.
