Are you motivated by turning inbound interest into real sales opportunities — and getting rewarded for it?

At Keycafe, we’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) based in Canada to identify, qualify, and convert inbound leads into high-quality meetings for our Account Executive team. You’ll be the first point of contact for prospective customers across the United States and Canada, playing a critical role in driving revenue growth for our global SaaS/IoT platform.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment, enjoys engaging with decision-makers, and consistently meets or exceeds quotas. You’ll respond to inbound inquiries, qualify business fit, and set up meetings that move opportunities through the sales pipeline.

You don’t need a technical background — but you do need curiosity and the ability to confidently explain how Keycafe’s SmartBox and cloud platform solve operational challenges for businesses.

What You’ll Do

  • Respond promptly to inbound leads via phone and email

Requirements

  • Who You Are
    • Proven work experience in sales (B2B preferred)
    • Experience qualifying prospects and meeting sales quotas
    • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques
    • Strong phone presence and confidence handling inbound inquiries
    • Excellent spoken and written English skills
    • Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Nice to Have
    • Experience in SaaS or technology sales
    • Familiarity with CRM tools and outbound prospecting platforms
    • Experience selling into industries such as hospitality, property management, or fleet/logistics
