As a Sales Development Representative you will:
Perform targeted prospecting across established and novel channels.
Work closely with our Founders and Account Executives to create big top-notch opportunities.
Go from prospecting to initial qualification calls to uncover the painpoints where we'll have an outsized impact.
Join a tight-knit team continuously testing and refining outreach strategies based on results.

Must-Haves:
1–3 years experience as a Sales Development Representative or Business Development Representative, either in B2B SaaS or deep tech.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to quickly understand complex problems and clearly articulate complex solutions approaches.
Consistent track record of exceeding your targets and going the extra mile.
An urge to be a top performer in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Bonus:
Familiarity with CRM and sales engagement systems.
Experience selling into manufacturing, industrial tech, or operations.
Prior scaleup or startup experience.
