OpenUp is hiring a Sales Director for the DACH region to own the go-to-market strategy, coach and scale an Account Executive team from 2 to 6, build new partnerships, and close deals hands-on while representing the German market to HQ. About the role
We're building out our presence in the DACH market and are looking for an entrepreneurial, purpose driven Sales Director to lead this market with us.
In this role, you take full ownership of our commercial success in DACH. You coach and develop our Account Executives, shape our go to market strategy, and act as our trusted advisor on the German market for the wider organisation. This is not a "manage and report" role; it's an opportunity to build a market from the ground up and lead from the front, including closing deals yourself.
