As our Sales Driver (m/f/d) for Sensing Solutions in HVAC/R, you will be at the heart of our ambitious growth strategy across Northern, Central, and Eastern Europe. This is not a desk job—you will be the vital link between our Sensing Division and the market, building partnerships with customers and our Shared Sales teams to unlock new opportunities and drive revenue in both OEM and Indirect Sales channels. Your work will directly fuel our expansion in one of the most dynamic regions for climate technology.
You'll act as a true business developer, combining deep product knowledge with a passion for sales to identify growth opportunities, expand the pipeline, and deliver solutions that meet real customer needs. Whether you are supporting a critical project, representing Danfoss at a trade show, or building your network across the division, you will be recognized as the product and application expert by customers and colleagues alike.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Drive revenue growth and pipeline expansion by developing sustainable partnerships with Danfoss Shared Sales teams and supporting HVAC/R customers across OEM and Indirect Sales channels
- Act as the trusted interface between the Sensing Division and the market, ensuring customer and internal stakeholder needs are met quickly and effectively
- Support quotation requests, pricing, and technical activities, scanning the opportunity pipeline to identify and pursue high-potential growth opportunities
- Build deep knowledge of the sensor portfolio and create a strong internal network across product managers, segment managers, pricing specialists, and other division stakeholders
- Travel across the region to support project needs and represent the Sensing Division at trade shows, bringing customer insights back to the business and driving market presence
What We're Looking For
- A degree in Engineering or equivalent paired with several years of professional experience in the HVAC/R industry with a genuine passion for sales and business development
- Proven track record in sales or business development of technical products, preferably sensors, or HVAC/R solutions
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence both internal teams and external customers plus proficiency in English (written and spoken); additional European languages are a strong advantage
- Ability to work effectively in a matrix environment with a high degree of autonomy, building strong networks and collaborating across functions and geographies
- Willingness to travel regularly across Northern, Central, and Eastern Europe (30-40%) to support customers and projects
