Wing Assistant is hiring a hands-on Sales Enablement Trainer to level up our sales team by refining the emails, calls, and cadences reps actually use. The ideal candidate has personally sold and closed, preferably outbound B2B, and will bring credibility to drive real, measurable improvements. You’ll review live and recorded calls to identify where deals stall, rewrite underperforming copy and sequences, and run A/B tests on emails and demos. You’ll build outbound cadences, coach one-on-one, and produce a video training library with self-serve modules for fast ramp. For applicants, highlight concrete outbound wins, share a brief case study of a tested copy or sequence, and show links to training videos or playbooks; emphasize speed from diagnosis to fix and your HubSpot plus CRM fluency.
