The ideal candidate has personally closed quotas in high‑volume B2B, can write copy that converts and explain why it works, and is comfortable on camera producing clean training videos without a production team. You’ll sit on live and recorded calls to pinpoint where deals stall, rewrite the copy, build cadences, run rapid A/B tests, and coach reps one‑on‑one while building a video training library and self‑serve modules. HubSpot and sequencing tools matter; show concrete quota-backed results and a sample enablement asset when you apply.
