Wing Assistant is hiring a hands-on Sales Enablement Trainer to level up our sales team by sharpening the actual emails, calls, and cadences reps use daily, not just generic decks. The ideal candidate has personally sold and closed high volume B2B deals, can write copy that converts and explain why it works, and is comfortable on camera producing training videos without a production crew. You will sit in live and recorded calls to diagnose stalls, rewrite nonperforming assets, run A/B tests on emails and sequences, build outbound cadences, and coach reps until skills become reflexes. Onsite in Tampa, full-time; HubSpot CRM and sequencing tools required. Include numbers, samples of copy, and links to training videos with your application.
