Wing Assistant is hiring a hands on Sales Enablement Trainer to level up our sales team onsite in San Antonio, TX, not with generic intro decks but by improving the actual emails, calls and cadences reps use every day. The ideal candidate has personally sold and closed, preferably outbound high volume B2B, and can prove it with numbers. You will sit in on live and recorded calls, rewrite underperforming copy and sequences, A/B test emails and demos, build outbound cadences, and coach reps one on one while producing a video training series and self serve modules.
