Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Executive – Holiday Homes to join our team urgently. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, an established or developing high-end client network, and the ability to close deals within the premium holiday homes market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell holiday homes to high- and ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWI).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, broker networks, and strategic partners.
  • Generate leads through personal networks, broker channels, and referrals.
  • Conduct property presentations, viewings, and negotiations with prospective clients.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor offerings.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience in one or more of the following industries:
    • Banking or Financial Services
    • Investments (including crypto or wealth management)
    • Automotive (luxury brands such as Ferrari or similar)
    • Real Estate brokerage or property development
  • Strong exposure to or ability to work with Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNWI).
  • Existing broker network is a strong advantage.
  • Open to freshers, provided they have relevant sales experience and strong closing skills.
  • A valid UAE driving license with your own car is mandatory.
  • Multilingual proficiency is highly preferred (Russian, English, Hindi, Spanish).
  • Male candidates preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to join immediately or on short notice.
