Sharaf DG is hiring a Sales Executive - RAAS in Abu Dhabi for a full-time onsite role. The job centers on actively engaging walk-in customers, practicing consultative selling across electronics brands, and driving sales through demos and upselling accessories and services. You’ll maintain strong product knowledge, stay updated on launches and promotions, and clearly explain features, warranties and after-sales support. Job Summary & Purpose:
Sales & Customer Engagement
• Actively engage walk-in customers and understand their needs before recommending suitable products.
• Perform consultative selling by comparing features, benefits, and value across multiple brands.
• Drive category and brand sales targets through effective demonstrations and persuasion.
• Upsell and cross-sell relevant accessories, services, and add-ons where applicable.
Product & Category Knowledge
• Maintain strong understanding of the assigned category and products across multiple brands.
• Stay updated on new launches, promotions, pricing, and competitive products.
• Clearly explain product features, USPs, warranty, and after-sales support to customers.
In-Store Execution
• Ensure planogram compliance and correct product placement on the shop floor.
• Maintain adequate inventory presence (PI) on the floor, including replenishment from back store.
• Ensure products are well displayed, clean, tagged correctly, and demo units are functional.
Inventory & Operations Support
• Monitor stock availability and coordinate with store teams for replenishment needs.
• Support basic inventory checks and report stock gaps or fast-moving items.
• Assist in handling customer returns, exchanges, and basic post-sales queries in line with company policy.
Coordination & Reporting
• Coordinate with store staff, supervisors, and brand teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Provide regular feedback on customer preferences, competitor activity, and market trends.
• Adhere to Sharaf DG’s sales processes, compliance standards, and customer service guidelines.
Key Performance Areas (KPAs) & Principal Accountabilities:
Achievement of individual sales, Invoice, EW, Accessories/ Productivity targets
Providing Solutions to Customers Queries/Requirements
Thorough knowledge of products in his department

Requirements
Experience (Yrs& Field) • Min 1 year of experience in Retail Sales
• Should have an interest in electronics products/industry
Educational Qualification Graduation or Diploma or an equivalent qualification
Professional Certifications NA
Skills & Abilities Customer Focus, Result Orientation, Team Work, Communication. Arabic knowledge is an advantage.
