Job Description

Novotel & Adagio Premium Dubai Al Barsha is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Intern to join our dynamic team. This internship opportunity offers a hands-on learning experience in the exciting world of sales, allowing you to develop essential skills and gain valuable knowledge in the hospitality industry.

  • Assist the sales team in identifying and qualifying potential leads
  • Assist in preparing contracts
  • Support the development and maintenance of client relationships
  • Help prepare sales presentations and proposals using Microsoft Office tools
  • Shadow experienced sales professionals during client interactions
  • Assist in updating and maintaining the customer relationship management (CRM) system
  • Collaborate with team members on various sales-related projects and tasks
  • Provide organized administrative support, submit attendances for the sales department as needed

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Basic understanding of sales techniques and customer service principles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Enthusiasm for learning and developing new skills

  • Any previous experience in hospitality is advantageous
