Sales Intern - UKI Market
AircallYour daily rhythm in London
In this role you’ll pair with Account Executives to guide prospects from the point of initial interest all the way to close, helping you see what it takes to move deals through the pipeline in a real business setting.
You’ll sit in on sales calls to observe how conversations unfold and how objections are handled, then apply those lessons to your own outreach and follow-up work to build confidence in your approach.
During trial periods, you’ll help manage customer projects, assist with crafting tailored offers, and support the closing steps. You’ll also play a part in communicating Aircall’s value to small businesses and collaborate with marketing and customer success to ensure a smooth experience for buyers throughout the sales journey.

- You communicate fluently in English, both speaking and writing, for client interactions
- Your verbal and written communication are strong, with the ability to explain ideas clearly and persuasively
- You’re motivated, reliable, and focused on delivering outcomes
- Experience in a customer-facing role is a plus, helping you hit the ground running when interacting with buyers

Tips from a recruiter for this internship
Lead with your current degree status on your resume so it’s clear you’re pursuing a business-focused program and intend to apply those learnings in a sales context.
Show you can prove the must-have skills by highlighting a client-facing project or a situation where you explained a concept to someone outside your field. Include a concrete example in your application.
Be ready to talk about how you’d support a trial-to-close scenario, including coordinating with cross-functional teams such as marketing and customer success to keep the buyer journey smooth.
If you reach interview stages, ask about onboarding and mentorship for interns and how success is measured in the UKI market during the six-month window. It signals you’re thinking about short-term impact as well as longer-term progression.
